How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us via the Contact page and we'll help you raise the request.

Renewals and cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. If a renewal charge was unintentional, contact us within 30 days of the renewal date and we'll arrange a refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK or EU law, including any applicable right of withdrawal for digital services.
