How do points work on the leaderboard?
When you enter results for a fixture, you award each member a number of points. The order of merit on the Leaderboard adds up everyone's points across every fixture you've played this season.
Which fixture formats are supported?
Anything you like. The 'Format' field on a fixture is free text — Stableford, Strokeplay, Matchplay, Texas Scramble, etc. You decide how to convert finishing position into points when entering results.
How does the knockout work?
Create a tournament with 2, 4, 8, 16 or 32 players. Seed players into round one (or leave blank to fill in later). Click the winner of each match — they automatically advance into the next round.
How do I invite members?
Add members manually under the Members tab, or generate a shareable invite link from your Settings page so members can join themselves with a Clubhouse HQ account.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings → Export data. You can download every table as a CSV file.
How do I delete my society or my account?
Both options are in Settings. Deleting a society removes all its members, fixtures, results and payments. Deleting your account is permanent.
